Brookfield Backyard Transformation

2024 WLCA Award-Winning Project

This Brookfield renovation transformed a compact backyard into a spacious and inviting entertainment area, perfect for hosting gatherings of 40 or more guests. The design features a striking 10-foot gas fire table with Brandon stone seat walls, over 1,000 square feet of patio space, and a built-in grilling and bar area topped with Eden stone. Travertina and Borealis pavers add warmth and texture, creating a cozy yet modern aesthetic.

Despite the limited space, the layout accommodates a 20×40 party tent through a smart, elongated design softened by planting beds and rebuilt fieldstone walls. Integrated lighting, electrical outlets, and a gas line for a future pizza oven complete the space, making it both functional and beautiful. The result is a cherished backyard retreat where the clients can relax, entertain, and create lasting memories.
