These individual needs to be self-motivated and able to work well independently to provide a high-quality service. The position requires a Driver’s License and clean driving record. Pay is based on experience, starting at $13.00/hour and up.

Key Functions:

  • Provide a high-quality service for our commercial & residential maintenance and snow clients.

Responsibilities & Duties:

  • Report to work at scheduled starting time and provide a professional appearance.
  • Act professional when speaking to a customer.
  • Keep work area clean and looking professional which includes vehicle, office area, and shop.
  • Clock in and out daily and fill out paperwork.

  • Provide a high-quality service for our commercial & residential clients.

Responsibilities & Duties:

This individual needs to be self-motivated and able to work well independently to provide a high-quality service. The position requires a Driver’s License and clean driving record. Qualifications:

  • • Job type – Full Time
  • • 1 to 3 years of experience as an arborist preferred by not required. We are willing to train the right person.
  • • Driver’s license and a clean driving record.
  • • Class “A” CDL driver’s license or the ability to obtain a CDL is a huge plus.
  • • Must have the ability to work with a rope and saddle.

Immediate responsibilities for this position will include the following:

  • • Seek, identify and pursue new opportunities to market and sell American Landscape’s services

The Outside Sales Representative generates new commercial business selling green season maintenance and snow removal. This person enjoys using various means of prospecting, as well as following company-provided leads to reach new client bases. They develop a rapport with new clients, and set targets for sales and provide support that will continually improve the relationship. The successful sales representative will retain and grow existing accounts by presenting new solutions and services to clients while meeting client’s ongoing needs.

Commercial Sales and Account Manager Responsibilities:

  • • Prospect for potential new clients and turn this into increased business.
  • • Meet potential clients by growing, maintaining, and leveraging your network.
  • • Identify potential clients, and the decision makers within the client organization.
  • • Research and build relationships with new clients.
  • • Set up meetings between client decision makers and company’s practice leaders/Principals.

Position Overview: American Landscape has an opportunity for an individual interested in a plant health sales leadership position. This person needs to be self-motivated and able to work well independently to meet individual and team goals and objectives toward selling and directing plant health services.

Key Functions:

  • Seek, identify and pursue new opportunities to market and sell American Landscape’s services
  • Follow-up on company leads to serve prospective clients
  • Prepare cost proposals for presentation to clients
  • Coordinate with clients on work schedule/on-site activities/follow-up/procurement as necessary
  • Direct Lawn, Tree, and Shrub Care Forman on site as necessary

Responsibilities & Duties:

  • Sell sufficient plant health services to meet your individual sales objective
  • Day to day management and scheduling of a three-person team that performs lawn care, tree and shrub care, large round-up sprays for construction and other unusually large jobs that require blanket spray applications, etc.  This includes periodic review of quality and job performance, job time management, time posting, and other day to day managerial activities.
  • Purchase requisitions for relevant materials, tools and supplies need to do the work.
  • The position is in part a field management position which would include quality control, customer service, and working in the field.  We encourage field work and management.
  • Management of relevant inventory management including proper chemical storage
  • Provide guidance and recommendations for related capital equipment acquisitions and planning.
  • Provide leadership to grow the plant health division significantly.  This would include:
  1. Provide leadership and direction as to developing the proper pricing and estimating system for such work.
  2. Work with our sales team to fully educate them on plant health services offered; teaching them how to effectively sell such services.
  3. Work with our sales manager on marketing to grow the plant health division of the business significantly.
  4. Performing sales quotations for plant health care leads.
  5. Consideration and development of new value-added programs (for example, a mosquito control program).
  • Maintain good relations with existing clients
  • Accurately prepare and submit appropriate company paperwork in timely fashion
  • Maintain professional appearance and manner
  • Treat prospects, clients, colleagues and staff with respect
  • Assist in our snow removal operations

Qualifications:
