From the horticultural care of specimens and ornamentals to the systematic maintenance of beds and lawns to the integration of seasonal interest, our staff of trained professional knows how to keep the landscape rejuvenated, healthy and fresh throughout the year.

BASIC FOUNDATIONAL LANDSCAPE CARE PACKAGE

Lawn Care Program

Standard Lawn Care Program includes four applications:

Early spring fertilizer with crabgrass preventer
Spring combination fertilization and weed control
Summer combination fertilization and weed control
Fall combination fertilization and weed control

American Premium Lawn Care Program includes the Standard program applications, plus:

Late fall fertilizer

American Elite Lawn Care Program includes American Premium applications, plus:

Spring grub preventative
Fall core aeration (with option for overseeding)

Professional Mowing

7-10 day cycle of mowing based on weather and growth rates
Clippings will be mulched – excess will be collected
Trimming as needed
Debris removal and blowing of hard surfaces

Shrub & Ornamental Tree Pruning

Cosmetic pruning to remove new growth and normal deadwood to maintain size and shape of trees and shrubs up to 7-feet off the ground.
It is recommended to supplement cosmetic pruning with corrective pruning once every three years

Landscape Bed Care

Spring application of pre-emergent herbicide, if needed
Regular hand/mechanical & chemical control of weeds in landscape beds throughout the growing season
Removal of basal and lower trunk suckers on ornamental trees

Annual & Perennial Flower Care

Deadhead expired flowers to encourage reblooming

Spring & Fall Landscape Clean Up

Fall:

Remove fall leaf accumulation from garden beds
Mulch leaves in turf lawn areas
Remove summer annual flowers from planting beds and pots
Cut back perennials as needed

Spring:

Remove leaf accumulation and debris from turf and garden beds
Prune broken branches on shrubs and small trees from snow/winter damage
Cut down and remove ornamental grasses and perennials if needed
