Dragonfly Farm is a 15.5-acre parcel located in Mequon, Wisconsin. Approximately 13.5 acres are held in a Conservation Easement by the Ozaukee-Washington County Land Trust which contains a 1.5-acre restored wetland, native prairies, and two miles of walking trails to various destination areas on the property. These destinations include a wetland boardwalk, an oak grove, a grape arbor, a fire pit, and a ravine garden. The remaining two acres comprise the ‘homestead footprint’ which contains the residence, a free-range poultry barn, an apple allee, a small native plant nursery, a frog pond, and a number of distinguished garden areas. The clients have a strong belief in utilizing best management practices towards the responsible stewardship of the land while at the same time presenting a distinguished and dynamic landscape. Our company has maintained the property for over ten years, making improvements as needed.
