Landscape Designer

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Landscape Designer/Architect to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will have experience designing, presenting and selling outdoor spaces that are visually appealing and functional for both residential and commercial clients.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and budget for outdoor projects.
- Develop conceptual plans and detailed designs using CAD, Uvision or other design tools.
- Select appropriate materials, plants, and features that align with the project’s aesthetic and practical goals.
- Provide cost estimates and timelines for landscape projects.
- Prepare and give compelling presentations so as to secure contracts and achieve sales goals.
- Work closely with construction managers and foreman to ensure that crews are delivering beautiful results to our clients.
Requirements:
- Experience in residential or commercial landscape design and related sales.
- Proficiency in design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Uvision, SketchUp, or Similar).
- Strong understanding of horticulture, hardscape materials, and sustainable landscaping practices.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
- A creative mindset with an eye for detail and design.
- A valid drivers license with an acceptable driving record.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Degree in Landscape Architecture, Landscape Design, or a related field.

Landscape Construction Laborer
We are offering a signing bonus of $500.00!!
American Landscape is seeking individuals who are hard-working and interested in Landscape Construction Division. These individual needs to be self-motivated and able to work well independently to provide a high-quality service. The position requires a Driver’s License and clean driving record. Pay is based on experience and qualifications.
Key Functions:
- Provide a high-quality service for our commercial & residential clients.
Responsibilities & Duties:
- Report to work at scheduled starting time and provide a professional appearance.
- Act professional when speaking to a customer.
- Keep work area clean and looking professional which includes vehicle, office area, and shop.
- Clock in and out daily and fill out paperwork.
- Perform tasks related to construction of landscape beds, retaining walls, patios, lawns, planting of trees, shrubs and flowers, lighting.
- Equipment Service – Inform supervisor if equipment needs repair work so daily tasks can be performed.
- Work during the winter season in our snow operations
Qualifications:
- Job type – Full Time
- Experience – 5 or more years’ experience preferred, but not required.
- Valid Driver’s license and a clean driving record.
- Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screening.
- Willingness to obtain a CDL

Landscape Maintenance Technician
American Landscape, a leader in commercial and residential landscaping, is seeking a dedicated and hard-working individual to join our team as Landscape Maintenance Technicians. This role is perfect for those who are self-motivated and can work independently to deliver high-quality service. With over 50 years of excellence, we pride ourselves on our professional and supportive work environment. We offer a competitive pay range based on experience and a signing bonus of up to $500.00!
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality maintenance services for commercial and residential properties.
- Report to work at the scheduled starting time and maintain a professional appearance.
- Communicate professionally with customers.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas, including vehicles, office spaces, and shops.
- Clock in and out daily and complete necessary paperwork.
- Perform tasks such as mowing, weeding, pruning, and other property maintenance services.
- Notify the supervisor if equipment requires repair to ensure daily tasks can be completed.
- Participate in snow operations during the winter season.
Qualifications
- Full-time or seasonal availability.
- 1 or more years of experience preferred but not required.
- Valid driver’s license. A review of the MVR will be conducted for eligibility.
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening.
Compensation
Pay: $16.00 – $25.00 per hour and up. Top pay is based on experience and qualifications.
