American Landscape, celebrating 50 years of excellence, is seeking dedicated and self-motivated individuals for seasonal snow removal subcontractor positions. This role is perfect for those who can work independently to deliver exceptional service. As a subcontractor, you will be part of a reputable company that values professionalism and dedication. Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality snow removal services for clients.
  • Work nights and weekends as required, depending on snowfall.
  • Report to work at the scheduled starting time.
  • Maintain professionalism when interacting with customers.
  • Complete daily paperwork accurately.
  • Perform services to the best of your ability and seek clarification when needed.

Qualifications

  • MUST Possess at least one of the following: Plow Truck, Skid Steer, Wheel Loader, Snow Blower, or ATV.
  • A working phone for daily/nightly communication with the supervisor.

Compensation

Compensation will depend on equipment.

Plow Truck: $90 – $110 per hour.
Skid Steer: $110 – $125 per hour.
Wheel Loader: $150 – $190 per hour; depends on size, a 20K – 35K lb. range capacity, and attachments.

Responsibilities

  • Operate snow removal equipment such as plow trucks, salt trucks, wheel loaders, and skid steers.
  • Provide high-quality service for our clients.
  • Work nights and weekends depending on snowfall.
  • Report to work at scheduled starting times and maintain a professional appearance.
  • Communicate effectively with supervisors and customers.
  • Keep work areas and vehicles clean and professional.
  • Clock in and out daily and complete necessary paperwork.
  • Inform supervisors if equipment needs repair to ensure daily tasks can be performed.

Qualifications

  • Experience operating one or more of the following: plow truck, salt truck, wheel loader, skid steer.
  • Valid Driver’s License.
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening.
  • Working phone for daily/nightly communication with supervisors.
  • Snow plowing and skid steer experience preferred.

Compensation

Pay: From $22.00 per hour and up. Top pay will be based on experience and qualifications.

Furthermore, our Commercial Maintenance Sales/Account Manager is backed by seasoned landscape crews, all of whom take pride in their high-quality craftsmanship. This select opportunity reports directly to the Director of Sales and Marketing, operating in a department that seeks out, develops and maintains new markets and client relationships for company services including, but not limited to; Commercial Snow and Ice Management and Landscape Construction and Maintenance.

Aspects of position within a fast pace and professional setting and primary responsibilities include working to accomplish the following:

  • Procurement and expansion of client portfolio.
  • Knowledge of property maintenance
  • Identify, peruse and close on potential clients that fit the company service profile.
  • Provide expert communication and reporting within an office setting.
  • Canvas, identify and explore key business partnerships.
  • Provide outstanding client service and support.
  • Client retention including high-level communication and focused insight for problem solving.
  • Skillful negotiation techniques, persuasion, and deal closing are essential.

Compensation: $75,000.00 – $125,000.00 annually.
