Landscape Designer

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Landscape Designer/Architect to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will have experience designing, presenting and selling outdoor spaces that are visually appealing and functional for both residential and commercial clients.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and budget for outdoor projects.
- Develop conceptual plans and detailed designs using CAD, Uvision or other design tools.
- Select appropriate materials, plants, and features that align with the project’s aesthetic and practical goals.
- Provide cost estimates and timelines for landscape projects.
- Prepare and give compelling presentations so as to secure contracts and achieve sales goals.
- Work closely with construction managers and foreman to ensure that crews are delivering beautiful results to our clients.
Requirements:
- Experience in residential or commercial landscape design and related sales.
- Proficiency in design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Uvision, SketchUp, or Similar).
- Strong understanding of horticulture, hardscape materials, and sustainable landscaping practices.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
- A creative mindset with an eye for detail and design.
- A valid drivers license with an acceptable driving record.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Degree in Landscape Architecture, Landscape Design, or a related field.

Large Equipment Snow Removal Sub-Contractors
American Landscape, celebrating over 50 years of excellence, is seeking dedicated and self-motivated individuals for seasonal snow removal subcontractor positions. This role is perfect for those who can work independently to deliver exceptional service. As a subcontractor, you will be part of a reputable company that values professionalism and dedication. Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality snow removal services for clients.
- Work nights and weekends as required, depending on snowfall.
- Report to work at the scheduled starting time.
- Maintain professionalism when interacting with customers.
- Complete daily paperwork accurately.
- Perform services to the best of your ability and seek clarification when needed.
Qualifications
- Possess at least one of the following: Plow Truck, Skid Steer, Wheel Loader, Snow Blower, or ATV.
- A working phone for daily/nightly communication with the supervisor.
Compensation
Compensation will depend on equipment.
Plow Truck: $90 – $110 per hour.
Skid Steer: $110 – $125 per hour.
Wheel Loader: $150 – $190 per hour; depends on size, a 20K – 35K lb. range capacity, and attachments.

These individuals need to be self-motivated and able to work well independently to provide a high-quality service. The position requires a valid Driver’s License and clean driving record. Top pay based on experience!!!
Qualifications:
- Experience Required – Be able to operate one or more of the following: plow truck, salt truck, wheel loader, skid steer
- Valid Driver’s license and a clean driving record.
- A working phone is required to be able to communicate with supervisor on a daily/nightly basis.
- Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screening.
- Job type – Seasonal to Full Time
Key Functions:
- The position will start in November and end at the final snow fall which tends to be the end of April. Full time employment is available upon completion of the winter season if desired.
- Provide a high-quality service for our clients.
- The position requires the individual to work nights and weekends depending on when the snow falls.
